Ascent Trip ReportA nice trail heads up from the east, but it doesn't appear to go to the highest point. The trailhead is on the south end of the pond. There is one sign that says foot travel welcome, and a private property/keep out sign to the right, which I think referred to the land closer to the pond. Follow the trail in to a clearing and stay right, curling around the pond. At the first junction, bear left and step over some small logs meant to discourage ATV use. From there it is pretty straightforward, and there is one fork with a small cairn where the obvious trail bears left and continues uphill.
