Ascent Trip ReportPleasant autumn hike. Completely treed-in summit, but there are a couple ledges with views. We stopped at the large rock clearing near the summit and Dan made us lunch. This was my final initial hike of the Saranac Lake 6ers, but I need to re-do three of them because they were all completed before the start of the program. This was Dan's 3rd 6er and Dad's 4th (although his 3 other hikes were before the start of the program as well). Dad had a bit of pain on the decent because of his knees and we took a few breaks because of this. I'm glad to see him push through the pain and want to complete the rest of the 6ers.
