Ascent Trip ReportPart of Crew 718-I, which took the ascent route starting at the Black Horse camp via Black Horse mine.
Hard hike, but the weather was perfect: sunny an pretty warm, and the wind was not that bad at the summit. Of course, that meant the summit was also pretty crowded. Ambled down the other end of the mountain and worked our way back through French Henry and Baldy Town then back to Black Horse camp. Excellent (but long) day! |
