Ascent Trip ReportThe drive to the parking spot indicated by the attached GPS track is a serious drive for serious 4WD, high-clearance vehicles with experienced drivers. It is not recommended.
We parked in the last feasible spot. We drove farther, but had to back out. There is a large John Deere permanently parked in the roadway just before the saddle near point 7716.
The hike is not bad at all, except for the ticks we picked up along the way.
