Ascent Trip Report

Hiked Jefferson today with Brian....Meet a girl who strapped on some skis to her back & told us she was hoping to get a few runs in....Better her than me LOL.....Was supposed to be a nice day but on way up we were in a fog ...Kinda nice as the sun wasn't beating down on us....We tried this one 11-9-13 & we turned back at the caps....After doing it today I think we made the right decision that day....Boy that's some steep hiking & lots of rock scrambles....Were quite a few people at the summit.Summit was in the clouds so we had no views ..Took our summit pic had lunch & started down..On way down we got a glimpse of Mt Washington...Decent was slow & careful...Got to the parking lot & Had our customary beer to celebrate my 41st & Brian's 39th peaks
