Ascent Trip Report

Nice trek with phantom and gaijin from avventurosamente.it. Appointment was 9 o'clock at Colle delle Finestre: phantom came from Usseaux, gaijin and I from Susa. Both sides of the road were closed some hundreds of m before the Pass, so we had to hike a little on the road.
Vast majority of the trek is on a WWI military road carved on the side of the massif. Above 2500 m there was still some snow on the sides. We arrived at the top of Ciantiplagna, where three people were already, and fog started to rise from the valleys.
