Ascent Trip ReportCoordinating with Denise, myself, Denise, Matt, Kim Sanders, and another girl hiked up South Moat. We started off in microspikes before switching over to snowshoes. Kim let me take the lead, and I stayed as lead for the rest of the hike. Had to break trail at times. There was a really steep slope on the way up, but the ledge above had a great view. The summit had a fantastic view. Did a small amount of butt sledding, and the unknown girl had brought a sled that worked great.
