Ascent Trip Report

From Tops City Cafe(a great place to eat), heading west on Hwy 50, in Delta, UT travel 41.4 miles to a dirt road (Sign for Old Hwy 6 & 50). Turn right for 4.2 miles to a sign for Miller Canyon. Turn left for 5.9 miles to a ATV (Rest Stop) w/toliet, covered picnic tables and barbque grills. Turn left for 2.5 miles to an abandoned brick cabin-this is about as far a low clearance vehicle should go. Park here. Walk 15 minutes further on the dirt road to a sign that says "No motor vehicles", continue another 15 minutes as you pass a sheer rock wall a couple hundred feet high on the left to an old jeep road. Turn left at this point an hike up the wash to a the saddle. The peak is a rock scramble to the left from this point. Note-As you proceed up the wash turn left at all forks in the wash or follow the ducks (stacked rocks) that have been left by previous peakbaggers.
