Ascent Trip ReportA great hike on a beautiful day. I took the ferry over to Arran from Ardrossan and headed straight to Goat Fell, via the Fisherman's Path along Brodick Bay and then the Goat Fell trail that heads up through the grounds of Brodick Castle. On the way back down, I followed the ridgeline over to North Goat Fell, and then down to the saddle overlooking Glen Sannox and Glen Rosa. I followed Glen Rosa back into town and caught the last ferry back to the mainland.
