Ascent Trip ReportWe parked in the parking lot at the end of Ward Hill Lane. The address we used to get there was: 50 Ward Hill Lane, Andover, MA. There is a parking lot for the Ward Reservation. We grabbed a map and headed up the fire road to the top of Holt hill. The signs are very easy to follow. We used a couple well maintained trails and made it to the top within 25 minutes. I had my two year old son with me and he wanted to stop and stand on every rock along the path up. At the top there is a Big round circle of flat ganate stones with a round stone in the middle. It was clear and we could see the sky scrapers in down town Boston. We took some pictures then made our way back down to the parking lot. All in all it took us an hour to go up to the top and back to the car. It was a nice hike and my son walked the entire way.
