|Peak:||North Baldy Mountain|
| Elevation:||6173 ft / 1881 m|
Ascent Trip ReportCross to E side of river at Usk/Cusick. Drive to Pyramid Pass on Mill Creek Road 10 miles then turn N just W of pass. The summit road leads north ~4 miles to top. High clearance advised. Peak # 48, pg 112-113, Johnson, 2003. As Eric N said in his PB report “Do yourself a favor and park at the saddle at 5800'”. We encountered active road work going on this weekend up to 2 miles below the summit as the upper Nola and Sylvis Creek drainages are about to be logged. It is unknown what this will do to the access for this peak. Great views and beautiful high alpine meadows. This was our favorite Peak of this trip. 1.0 mile RT with 300 ft of gain.
