Ascent Trip Report

This climb was possibly my favorite snow climb that I have done in my life to this point. The approach was a pain in the ass but once we got to the base of the savage couloir we knew it was going to be incredible. At one point towards the bottom the wind knocked down a sharp rock that was falling towards me very fast but both me and my partner were able to dodge it. Aside from that views were incredible and the line was astoundingly aesthetic. With the current snow conditions the exit was very exposed and exciting. The summit had some of the most incredible views of the elks and other ranges and had a good escape route down the northeast ridge with some glissading. I defiantly recommend this climb.
