Ascent Trip ReportA touristy visit to a beautiful historic Island.
From Jacques Cartier Bridge I took the Park Drapeau exit and drove/followed the Ile Sainte-Helene signs (counterclockwise) westbound 1km to the Complexe Aquatique Parking (6$ fee for 1 hour) .... located at the west side of the summit.
I walked the asphalt walkway east bound half a kilometer, directly to the Tour de Levis. I walked the Tower's circumference before going to the HP ..... a rock outcrop 25 meters east of the Tower, my GPS 45.51731,-73.53326. Unfortunately the Tower's Observation Deck was closed.
