Ascent Trip Report

Completed the weltand work and class was dissmissed and I jumped in the car and drove to the Arabia Park and found the visitor center. I first hiked away from the peaks back into the granite quarry and found the area interesting and hiked down to Arabia Lake to find a lower trailhead than the parking lot (that took me about a mile in the opposite direction) then I bushwhacked back and across Klondike Road and picked an open country quest up to the taller southern peak (Labeled as Bradely in peakbagger but Arabia on the USGS).

I then carefully worked down the east side slipping in seeps that were tricky and slick. I then worked down to the larger of the two borrow pits and used it has a TH to begin and ascent on the northern granite peak. The northern one had also been extensive quarried. I retained a beautiufl specimen of the granite slab.
