Ascent Trip Report

There are many ways to reach the summit of Pinal Peak. If one takes the road (Forest Road 651), there are plenty of places to park allowing one to pick the distance one walks. The road (all the way to the summit) is passable for passenger cars. If one is looking to camp, there appear to be no rules against camping wherever one wants along the road (the road doesn't see much traffic, especially at night).
