Ascent Trip ReportWalked to the Three Bear Mountain trailhead beside the Long Term Care facility (known locally as the Old Hospital) in Corner Brook. The trail starts with steps up to a well-maintained path winding around the hill and taking you to a summit lookout with an excellent view of downtown Corner Brook, local hills (especially Crow Hill), the Blow-me-down Mountains, and the Humber Arm. Lots of snow was on the ground and we should have brought our snowshoes, but our huge winter boots were fine. |
