Ascent Trip Report

Parked at Balsam Gap on the BRP Friday night and hiked to the ridge on the MTS trail to set up camp in my hammock. Took the MTS trail (summit Blackstock Knob) to the Boundary Trail (summit Potato Knob, Clingman's Peak , bushwhack to Mount Gibbes). Steppes Gap to the Old Mitchell Trail (bushwhack to Hallback). Backtracked on 128 to the MTS trail and back to Blackstock Knob.
