Ascent Trip ReportPart one of a day hike trip in the Snake Range to summit several LVMC 50 Classics. Sequence was Bald, Wheeler, Jeff Davis, Wheeler, and Baker (both summits). Car shuttle was set up in advance.
Bald was a simple walkup from the main trail to Wheeler. Some talus and steeper sections on the slope up. Please note the stats are not for the standard route up from Wheeler Saddle. Not everyone who started had a Bald Mountain summit objective: some were just headed for Wheeler and/or Jeff Davis.
