Ascent Trip Report

Got dropped off at the Tecumseh trailhead around 9:30am and started making our way up. Had Will (9yr old son) and Addie (dog) on this trip. Overall this ascent was pretty easy to moderate sections. When you hit the stream crossing about 1 mile in, you quickly move to a fairly steady ascent portion, that while not the steepest we've seen did go on for quite some time. Eventually we leveled off on the top ridge and made the last couple tenths to the summit. We opted to hang a left when presented with two "Summit" options. Total trip up took us 1hr 40 minutes. Decent view from summit lookouts but mostly tree-covered. Spent a little time up there and then made our way down taking a few extra minutes to explore the cut-over trails to the ski-trails/lifts.

All-in-all this hike was the quickest we've done to date but overall a very enjoyable one.
