Ascent Trip ReportHPS hike with the Doggets and a few other hearty souls to a few peaks in the Cuyamacas. First peak was Cuyamaca via the service road. Hike down to use trail and over to Middle Peak. Hiked down from Middle Peak via the Azaela Glen trail past the water well (beware of Mountain Lions - PLENTY of tracks visible), lunch at the camp site, and quick hike to Stonewall Peak. Were thinking about Oakzanita, but it was just too warm - so with 3 peaks we called it a day! Total hiking distance approx 12 miles, 3500 feet gain.
