Ascent Trip ReportHells Brook trail up and down, with a return circle over the Adams Apple. Definitely a strenuous trip for the first mile to the first trail intersection, but after that, it's not bad. It's actually very simple from the Adams Apple junction to the chin.
Definitely took a lot longer than I thought; 3 hours hiking probably ( I usually do 20-30 minute miles on 15 mile days with multiple peaks, FYI, so it's probably going to slow down faster hikers as well).
Lots of open rocks, avoid this trail in the rain. |
