Ascent Trip ReportWalked up from Duncton Hill viewpoint car park via West Sussex Literary Trail (south side of quarry). Crash site and non-permanent memorial for Dambuster squadron bomber is near the summit, which according to the 1:25K is in a cultivated field and is 253m. Also went into the woods to walk around as the 1:50K gives a 255m summit there. Descended via other side of quarry. Lots of deer about. With Winnie. |
