Ascent Trip ReportPlanned to hike Glorieta Baldy from the Glorieta Baptist Convention Center. However, the Convention Center is closed (gated), and there is no legal access to the trailhead. The Center closed in October 2011 and is not planning to open until June 11, 2012, according to an old news article I just read. The closure is unusual, so my books make no mention of their being an access problem.
