Ascent Trip Report#4 of Decalibron circuit. Very windy. Nice ridge hike from Lincoln/Cameron saddle. About 2 hours or so to summit. Descent was rough on my very tired legs. Lots of scree on that descent, which I'm used to from my S.NV hikes, but others might be uncomfortable. So I gave this one a 6 for that reason. But the ascent part could even be a 4, even with the little bit of scree going up. |
