Ascent Trip Report

With an hesitant permission at Mr Paul Cayward's farm, I hiked his nearby work road out to fields and highpoint. I would suggest a daytime visit and would not drive beyond Emerson Road. It was 4PM when I parked across from 2869 Emerson Road, I only roused but a friendly beagle chained before knocking at porch door. Mr. Cayward chatted with me for a bit and did complain about the sometimes impolite trespassing attention his farm's county highpoint has received. In talking, I learned about and even visited with a newborn rust colored calf while he mentioned losing a number of others to roaming coyote. I saw none, only a distant view north from slight summit rise. Thank You, "merci beaucoup"!
