Ascent Trip ReportSuccess peak and visit to DC3 crash site. Success Trail in good shape. to find crash site descend south from peak on AT for a few minutes and look for 6-8ft. boulder off to left(east)continue on trail until about same elevation as boulder then look for a trail(herd path)to left. follow until coming to an open area with a ledge at the end and look for a right turn steeply downhill about 20 ft. before end of ledge. this takes you to the AT corridor boundary blazed yellow(pink tape marks juntion). turn right(south)and follow for about 10 min. to site.
