Ascent of Clark Mountain on 2022-07-24

|Ascent Type:||Successful Summit Attained|
| Elevation:||8602 ft / 2621 m|
Ascent Trip ReportDone as 2 days with Luahna Peak:
25 hours (not including sleep)
Tracks start from the sheep trail split off of the Boulder Creek Trail. Snow finger coming down from the ridge into Clark basin, was able to hug between it and rock, worked quite well. Able to stay on snow up the gulley until just below the summit block, where I moved onto rock for an easy scramble up. No register.
Tons of mosquitoes, to include our camp site around 6550' on a dry outcropping. Brought crocs to put on to ford Boulder Creek. This trail is essentially flat for the first 4 miles, though it feels decidedly uphill on the way out. Extremely overgrown, but good trail for walking overall.
