Ascent Trip ReportThis was a pretty easy hike. The last mile or so would be moderately challenging for a beginner but nothing crazy; we passed a couple of families with small children on the trail. The trail is broad, just very stony.
The views at the top were amazing. You are able to see: most of Lake George, the mountains on the east side of the lake, the southern and central Adirondacks and even into the High Peaks. The summit was easy to walk around and also had a lot of bushes of edible blueberries.
