Ascent Trip ReportHeaded out before the sun was up, nice morning hiking and the whole park was completely empty. Made surprisingly good time up the backside of Collins, packed light expecting a relatively 'easy' (albeit long) hike and made the top around sunrise. There's a limited overlook at the summit, couldn't see much except the tops of the clouds in the valley below. |
