Ascent Trip ReportAn easy trail ideal for backpacking and the start of a lot of trails back into the Tea Creek Mountains and subsidiary ridges of the Monongahela National Forest area. The physical peak is NOT on the trail but is easily bushwhacked to the true highpoint north of the trail. Some interesting boulders were found where you could crawl down and hide away...practiced my hibernation routine and thinking how to build a shelter from one of these features often seen near the summits.
Easy summit and back to car thus bagging three of the 4,500 threshold peaks this morning.
