Ascent Trip Report

Finish my training hike by bushwhacking the northern peak of Pyle of Mountains which is several miles north of the southern higher peak in the Pyle Mtn chain. No trail up the mountain but the Allegheny Trail is nearby. Some views off to the east down the steep holler of the farm land and valley separating the larger mountain range to the east - Beaver Lick Mountain. I bushwhacked my way easily since the trees where still without leaves along the ridge heading north.

Extra gain - undualtions in road and the climb back to Rynning house
