Ascent Trip Report

Mountaineers trip. I had four experienced participants, we carried but did not need crampons or ice axes. Snow was soft, occasional icy spots under soft layers. The chute was partially melted out and did not appear safe, but the Pebble Creek trail was doable part way with bare stretches and snow. Very few people headed up to Muir, a couple of campers near Anvil Rock. 7.5 miles rt/4,112' elevation gain.
