Ascent Trip ReportCamped at tarn. Took snow up to south ridge. Somewhat exposed and loose when transitioned off snow onto ridge. After about 100 feet becomes more solid. Generally stay on or left of ridge on hike to crux. Largely class 2 ridge walk. Took right side to drop into col at crux and then almost straight up the center. Exposed but solid rock. Easy from there. Coming down decided to try south east ridge. Very loose, exposed class 2-3. Rock was much better on south ridge. “Scree” slope to drop back to camp was largely dirt and loose rock on slab. Glad we took snow in the AM! Would probably take south ridge both ways next time, at least as long as can take snow up to gain ridge. Don’t know what it looks like underneath.
