Ascent Trip Report3rd times the charm! I had previous failures in 2010 and 2012 and wasn't sure if I'd come back, but I met good partners (through this website) and was pretty motivated having had 49 of the state high points done. Had some bad weather on our way up but then had a week of warm temps and blue skies. Made the summit on our 16th day in brilliant conditions and exited on our 19th. Climbed with Doug and Arthur Harris, who also completed their 50 states here. |
