Ascent of Bear Point on 2021-05-08
|Date:||Saturday, May 8, 2021|
|Ascent Type:||Successful Summit Attained|
| Elevation:||3140 ft / 957 m|
Ascent Trip ReportToday I was joined on the trip by my new friend Andrea. Parts of the trail were slick with mud but not too much. Once on the plateau there were snow patches to navigate as post-holing was a very real thing, sometimes up to my thigh. We met a small group on the summit and chatted them up for a bit before getting the summit all to ourselves. All in all a good trip with great company.
