Ascent Trip Report

Parked at Train Station. Three cars but at the end of the day full and along the road. Heavily traffic especially from Field to Willey but not going to Avalon. Spikes to the top. Very icy coming down due to the heavy traffic. Good for spikes so no balling of snow under spikes. Came down in snowshoes since we hiked Field, Willey and Tom. Great views today. It stated 76% clouds and there were no clouds. Fog was still in some places. No winds but occasionally there were gusts of wind. I did bring an ice pic and could be used if needed. Very icy and steep where people but slide down so if very icy conditions would be advised to use an ice pic or keep in handy to reduce the slipping down hill.
