Ascent Trip Report

The long ridge leading up to this summit is visible from a distance so this "peak" has been on my radar for quite some time. A walk along a dry creek bed, followed by some easy cross country and a not-so-easy ascent up some pretty steep and rocky terrain brought us to what might be the longest ridge I have ever set foot on. We opted for a slightly different route on the return. Not much human activity in this area but multiple "signs" of wild horses.
