Ascent Trip Report

An easy peak to bag. There is a user trail by the White Oak picnic shelter. As you start into the woods the shelter will be on your right. The trail starts where there is a birdhouse on a tree as well as a blue ribbon. Pretty easy to find. The trail is a bit hard to navigate at first, but the farther you go up the easier it is to follow. You'll reach a 'T junction' in the saddle between The Stool and Table Rock. Left will take up steeply up Table Rock until you come to the sheer rock face. Taking a right at the 'T junction' will take you to the summit of The Stool. I couldn't find any views from The Stool, but if one looked hard enough, there may be a way down the the cliffs on it's north face.
