Ascent Trip Report

Bridge 10 min walk from the TH is currently out. No issues this late in the season but could prove dangerous during peak runoff season. Knee deep at most our day out hiking. Just after the bridge, the trail is buried in a landslide. If you cross 100 yards upstream from the old bridge, you can avoid the slide area and cross right to the trail ok. Lake @5800' is last reliable water source to top off the bottles. Stunning views and larches turning color for the season near the lake made for a perfect long day hike! Pics
