Long, lonely day. Start by headlamp -- finish by headlamp.
Jogged a few miles on the decent from boulder basin until it got too dark and hazardous turning onto the White River trail. Took a whopping 16 hours. Thought I could do it in 13; nope. Didn't see a single person all day.
