Ascent Trip ReportTook the ledge at the base of the cave on the west face. Explored the cave and there are indeed hoola hoops in there. Followed wide ledge right until a large gully. Stayed right in the gully and took my time on wet kitty litter slabs. Cairns mark the way but it can be a puzzle. At the base of the white "V" rock headed right and searched for easy ledges that take you to the south shoulder. A little snow added spice. It all goes at class 3 and about 1000' of scrambling. |
