Ascent Trip ReportThe path to the SE of the Fieberhorn uses a steep solid ladder in airy position to negotiate a rock band. The path on the NW side of the Fieberhorn is a walk all the way. Fine limestone scenery particularly on the plateau where there is a maze of outcrops and deep pot holes. My recommendation would be to ascend via the ladder and take the western path option down - not as we did. Above the ladder a poorly secured cable protects the scrabble up into the upper valley - don't pull too hard on it!
