Ascent Trip ReportPivot from big N Cascades plans- had car trouble in marbles Thurs nite so had to pivot and do something local
This loop was awesome! Fun exploring a new zone in the Alpine Lakes Wilderness -
I need to do a trip beyond into the sexy crest peaks soon....
Loop ran slower than I was hoping. Lots of off trail travel, couldn’t stretch the legs until mi18, and even then mineral creek trail is overgrown and not that flowy. And little Kachess trail has ups and downs and is narrow and eroding in places.
