Ascent Trip ReportBeautiful day! Easy out along Crow Pass trail and up to the saddle between Camp Robber and Grey Jay -- and Camp Robber was blanketed with snow. I went up directly at it, footing was good (had nano spikes in bag but didn't use them), grippy powder and I just went from rocky nub to rocky nub. The views all around were spectacular. The peak bagger mark for this one is off, the actual peak (its obvious at a glance) is a little further down. Signed the register, which is in good shape with plenty of pages. I took it a little slower and easier on the descent, went a little wider from ridge and making sure footing was good all the way down. Used trekking poles to the saddle and then stowed them for the rest of the day, a whippet would've been really helpful though (guess I should get one). Really good day!
