Ascent Trip Report

My wife and I took the Falls creek route to Lake Charlie, heading north just before the lake. It is steep. After gaining the ridge we followed a trail toward the southern ridge and followed a spotty trail to the summit.
On the return we followed the northern ridge back (which I would climb up if I do it again) the reason we did not follow the northern ridge up was that the other ridge looked easier. It’s a long slog up taking the Falls creek route. In the future I would take the Rabbit Lake trail and either scrabble up the gully or try the North Suicide from the northern end of the lake.
