Ascent Trip ReportAfter this afternoon's Monte Viglio ascent.
From E, Sella di Leonessa, good parking immediately E of pass, track heading uphill then in a few metres path ascending L reaching ridge then good trail R along ridge, paint marked higher up with zigzags and possible light YDS2+ scrambling. Trig pillar with highpoint an outcrop 5m away. .
Summitted at sunset, albeit summit in cloud, but decent local views on way up and down; N face quite impressive. 1h round trip.
