Ascent Trip ReportPeak #2 of a 2 peak hike w/ San Juan Hill. See San Juan Hill for details of 1st 1/2 of this trek. After doubling back from San Juan Hill, Little Canyon trail descends about 400 feet or so before you eventually get to Gilman trail. Gilman Trail to the summit was a slightly overgrown single track and you ascend over 700 feet in 1.2 miles. It was the hardest part of this 2 peak hike. No register! A very fun way to spend a morning! |
