Ascent Trip Report

The back slope of Algonquin is even more barren than the summit, lots of open rock and very little grass. Boundary itself doesn't seem like much approaching from the north, but coming back from Iroquois it was a significant obstacle. Like much of the area, Boundary's summit is very barren, with fewer shrubs than its neighbors. At the col between Algonquin and Boundary, the path splits, and an arrow points towards the Algonquin Trail, which descends into the valley. The Iroquois Herd Path continues straight here towards Boundary.
