Ascent Trip Report

Parking lot was empty but once got back was very full. Steady hike up. Just before the summit was some class three moves in the cliff area. Great view of Ossippe and Belknap Range. Water from this weeks rain was tough to navigate through and around. You will have to go off trail once you get some swampy areas. Continue on the Crawford Ridgepole Trail or the ridge to Mount Squam. You will come upon a huge pile of rocks for the summit. Some good views. Lots of Moose Spat and fresh. Some class three moves in certain spots.
