Parking lot was empty. Hike up the trail to the summit. There was a view. Steep coming down and slippery becasue of the leaves. We went to Mount Livermore after summiting Cotton. Easy hike over. Swampy in some areas. Livermore has some great views of the lakes. Can see Mount Chocorua, Red Hill and Belknap Range Mountains.
